Marriott has renovated an existing hotel in the heart of downtown Miami. The renovation includes adding exterior arched canopies that were supplied by CST to cover the entryways. The canopies were a design build contract due to the complexities of the retrofit application.

CST had proposed two options for the project, but the client ultimately decided on a spaceframe system with rolled mullions and a polycarbonate glazing system. The project was a fast track project and the ease of assembly aided the client to open the hotel on their aggressive schedule.
