    Jeff joined CST Industries as President and Chief Executive Officer. Jeff is an experienced and poised leader who has worked at all levels of several best in class organizations and has extensive experience in engineering and operations. Prior to CST, Jeff worked as President of Generac Consumer Power and also previously served as Group President of the Broan Division at Nortek. Jeff began his career at the Kohler Company, where he rose to Global President for the Faucet Division. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Marquette University.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Jim joined CST Industries in 2019 as CFO. Jim has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership roles within the industrial manufacturing industry. He comes to CST from Rotation Dynamics Corp, a global manufacturer of roller related products, where he was the CFO since 2002 and played a key role in growing the company to the #2 position worldwide. Before that success, he has held leadership positions at Atlantis Plastics Films and Borden, Inc. He has extensive experience in leading finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning for organizations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University.

  • Matt Gregg 
    Vice President

    Matt joined CST Industries in 2014. Matt has more than 23 years of experience in leading manufacturing and commercial excellence. Before joining CST, he has held various executive management roles with National Steel, Emerson and Rexnord. Matt earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

  • Greg Hentschel 
    Vice President, Global Engineering

    Greg joined CST Industries in 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, product development and product management. Prior to CST, Greg worked as an engineer and then head of product management at SPX. From there he transitioned to VP of Engineering at Columbian TecTank, CST Storage and now VP of Global Engineering for CST. Greg earned his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Missouri – Columbia and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Greg has ten patents in various fields ranging from acoustics to heat transfer.

  • Tom DeDonder 
    Vice President, Construction & Services

    Tom is Vice President of Construction and Services and has held many roles during his tenure with CST Industries. His current responsibilities include oversight of all construction and field service activities, along with a focus on developing the after-market service business. Tom has 20 years of experience in construction, project management, and field operations. Before joining CST, he worked for Koch Industries and Burns & McDonnell. Tom earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.

    Vice President, Global Operations

    Keith joined CST Industries as Vice President of Global Operations in 2021. Keith is an operations-oriented leader with an extensive background in leading organizations through transformational change. Keith started his career at IBM and has spent a career leading, building, and growing businesses focused on IT systems, business processes, and operational improvements such as Paragon Development Systems, Cornell Communications, and ESE Inc. Keith holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) and an MBA with a concentration in Operations and Quality Management from Marquette University.

  • Pratap Varma
    Vice President, Global Supply Chain

    Pratap joined CST Industries as Vice President of Global Supply Chain in 2021. Pratap is an accomplished leader with 25 years of progressive experience in leading multinational organizations through transformational change with focus in Supply Chain, Operations, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Quality and IT. He started his career as an engineer at Ford Tractors & Farm Equipment and subsequently worked in the natural gas storage industry at Pressed Steel Tank. Prior to joining CST, Pratap held increasingly challenging strategic leadership positions at Buell/Harley-Davidson, Lamplight/WC Bradley, Rexnord, and Jason Industries. Pratap holds a BS & MS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA and MS in Management Information Systems from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

  • Hal Whitacre
    Vice President, Americas Sales

    Hal joined CST Industries as Vice President of Americas Sales in 2022. He possesses a dynamic leadership style and thrives on cultivating business relationships, implementing business strategies, identifying, and capitalizing on opportunities, and motivating/leading teams. Prior to CST, Hal held various business development and managerial functions until joining Honeywell in 2017 as a District Sales Leader. He has been responsible for leading the sales team driving the successful growth of the Building Technologies and Solutions business. Hal holds a BS in Business Admin/Finance from New Mexico State University.
